Follow the job's progress

  • Scheduled: the visit is planned. On My Way moves it to En Route.
  • En Route: travel has started. Use Mark Arrived on web or Arrived on the mobile job page to move to In Progress.
  • In Progress: work is underway. Start the completion action when the work is finished.
  • Completed: the work has been marked complete. Review the billing record separately.
  • Invoiced and Paid: later stages available on the job. The invoice and payment records provide the actual billing detail.

Finish the completion flow

On web, choosing Complete… opens a Complete Job panel. It does not complete the job immediately. Add optional Completion Notes and press Mark as Complete. If an error appears in the panel, address it before trying again.

On mobile, Mark Complete opens verification when your organization requires completion steps; otherwise it can finish the job directly. If verification opens, follow the checklist, photo, and signature steps presented. Complete required checklist items, or use only an override the application explicitly offers with the requested reason. Completing a checklist is separate from completing the whole job.

Use the available corrections carefully

On web, a scheduled job offers Skip and Cancel. A skipped job offers Reschedule, and some active stages offer Back to Scheduled. Only actions appropriate to the current status are shown, so a finished or cancelled job will not have the same choices as a scheduled job.

Use Create Invoice to create the financial document and Record Payment on an invoice to enter a payment. Changing the job's status with Mark Invoiced or Mark Paid does not replace those billing steps. On mobile, members can update their own assigned jobs; other jobs may show an assignment notice instead of a progress action.
